I am passionate about Pilates, exercise and movement. I have a special interest in women's wellness, in particular pelvic floor and core restoration following pregnancy and c-section births. As a mum of two (one c-section birth and one VBAC) I have both personal and professional experience in this area.
Although I have a keen interest in working with this postnatal population, my classes and offerings are suitable for everyone.
I initially trained in sports and remedial massage and then went on to qualify as a mat Pilates teacher. I have also attended a variety of CPD short courses and workshops to enhance my knowledge in the field of pre/postnatal and women's health, including scar massage and rehabilitative exercise.
I run online Pilates, HIIT and relaxation classes, as well as 1-2-1 sessions.
Previously, I have worked as a massage therapist within a Physiotherapy clinic, worked as a Physio Assistant visiting patients in the community and in 2019 I volunteered at the UK Invictus Games Trials, providing Scar Therapy treatments to veteran athletes competing for a place on Team UK at the 2020 Invictus Games.
