Introducing Holistic Core Restore® Athlete 12. A 12 week online programme of upping your game, upping the intensity and upping the effort. Ultimately, 12 weeks of getting FITTER, FASTER, STRONGER and being able to go for LONGER because you've built on a strong foundation and now you are ready to roll. You will truly enter ‘athlete mode’ with this programme and have a lot of fun getting probably the fittest you’ve ever been.
You will access this programme ONLINE in the comfort of your own home, with full support from me. To take part in this programme, you will need a few additional and inexpensive items of exercise kit. If you are an 'Everywoman' graduate you will already own most of the required items.
This programme is great if you have already have your pelvic floor and core 'foundations' in place with a strong connection to your core. If you are you looking to take your fitness to the next level in a safe but progressive way this programme is for you!

Once you've decided to take part, please book below. On application, you’ll be asked to complete a full pelvic floor and core online pre-screen to ensure this programme is right for you. If it is, you will start the 'on-boarding' process where we will make sure you have all the kit you need and you get you access to the online portal and Facebook group, including taking your Fitness Test and measuring your starting point
