Every class has a focus on pelvic floor and core health. Classes include mixed ability Pilates, pregnancy and postnatal exercise and a variety of Holistic Core Restore® programmes and classes. Advance booking is essential as spaces are limited in all classes. All exercises are easily modified to suit all levels and abilities. Below is a brief description of each of the classes I run, but you can find out more information of each offering under the Services tab above.

Enjoy 6 wonderful weeks of movement, nutritional guidance and education regarding your Pelvic Floor, Core and women's fitness/wellness at whatever life phase you're at.

A pelvic floor friendly, no-jump HIIT workout that will keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session. You'll find no star jumps, burpees, planks or crunches in Heat but we will still sweat. A 30 minute class that leaves you feeling like you've exercised effectively!
Forget ‘stretching’, let’s RELEASE, RELAX, UNWIND AND RE-ALIGN! This workshop will change FOREVER how you feel about ‘stretching’ and taking time out, ALONE for you own mind, body, soul and spirit!

A small group antenatal exercise class, incorporating traditional Pilates, pregnancy safe and pelvic floor friendly cardio and concentrated pelvic floor and core exercises for a global workout to support your through your pregnancy Suitable from 12 weeks. Max. 6 participants.
A small group class for mum and baby, suitable from 6+ weeks to moving. A mix of posture and breath re-education, traditional Pilates, gentle pelvic floor friendly cardio and modern concentrated pelvic floor and core exercises to support your postnatal recovery. Max. 6 participants.
