Holistic Core Restore® Heat is a low impact, pelvic floor friendly, no-jump workout that truly will kick start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session. Following on from our ‘Everywoman’ programme, Heat is your next step however you do not need to be an Everywoman graduate to join this class. We truly take it up a notch or two in intensity and tempo to get you moving but with a deep respect for your Pelvic Health.
You'll find no star jumps, burpees, planks or crunches in Heat but we will still sweat. A 30 minute class that keeps both feet firmly on the ground (if you need to) but still leaves you feeling like you've exercised effectively to promote fat loss.

Heat is a pelvic floor friendly, adaptive group class taught ONLINE. A safe, supportive class with plenty of advice and encouragement from myself and the other participants. After around 6 weeks you will feel fitter, healthier and more confident in your body. This class is a stepping stone from Everywoman to getting you back to enjoying other activities such as tennis, running or Zumba!
You can participate in Heat as often as you like. After your first few sessions you will receive a FREE downloadable guide – the ’10 Steps to Female Fat Loss, Hormonal Balance and Healing’ to help you along the way.
You will need some basic kit to participate in this class. If you are an Everywoman graduate you will already own the equipment required. If not, I can order this for you and have it delivered to your home. Purchasing the kit costs £15 plus £2.99 postage (2-3 working days). A full kit list will be provided once you have booked. Some workouts may also require light dumbbell style weights (1-2kgs). If you do not have these, you can use cans of food, filled water bottles or purchase your own weights cheaply at various stores or online.
The class runs on Saturday mornings during term time. You should aim to attend regularly for best results.
Once you've decided you want to take part, you’ll be asked to complete a full pelvic floor and core online pre-screen to ensure this class is right for you. If it is, you will start the 'on-boarding' process where we check you have all the necessary kit prior to the class starting.
Classes run in half term blocks, roughly in line with the school terms. Each session is £7 pay as you go. You are welcome to join at any time, you do not need to wait for the start of a new block. Unfortunately, refunds and transfers are not permitted once you have booked and paid for a class.
If you attend 4 or more classes a month you may like to consider joining the monthly membership group to make your money go further!
