HIIT involves low impact, pelvic floor friendly exercise that will certainly get your heart pumping. In this class you will definitely sweat and feel the burn but without a single star jump or burpee. In this 30 minute full body class, we do a mixture of body weight and equipment based exercises to get you burning away those calories all day and feeling like you've exercised effectively.
No matter what your current fitness levels are, I'm positive you will enjoy this fun, effective, low impact, high intensity interval style class. Before joining, you will complete an online screening form so that I can ensure this style of class is suitable for you needs, and if necessary, provide alternative options. Classes run in half term blocks, roughly in line with the school terms. Each session is £7 pay as you go. You are welcome to join at any time, you do not need to wait for the start of a new block. Unfortunately, refunds and transfers are not permitted once you have booked and paid for a class.
If you attend 4 or more classes a month you may like to consider joining the monthly membership group to make your money go further!
