Pilates focuses on core strength but also aims to improve posture, mobility, muscle tone and overall body strength. Many people also find it is helpful in relieving stress and tension. In this 40 minute class all exercises are taught in layers, with the easiest option first so it doesn't matter what your previous Pilates knowledge or experience you have.
HIIT involves low impact, pelvic floor friendly exercise that will certainly get your heart pumping. In this class you will definitely sweat and feel the burn but without star jumps or burpees. In this 30 minute full body class, we do a mixture of body weight and equipment based exercises to get you blasting away those calories and feeling like you've exercised effectively.
When was the last time you took time out just for you? This class combines effective stretching, gentle mobilisations and breathing exercises to help you release tension and recharge your mind, body and soul. This 40 minute class runs monthly and has some really simple and delicious solutions for improving your everyday physical and mental wellbeing.
