Truly anyone and everyone will benefit from Pilates. Pilates focuses on core strength but also aims to improve posture, mobility, muscle tone and overall body strength. Many people also find it is helpful in relieving stress and tension. In this 40 minute class all exercises are taught in layers, with the easiest option first so it doesn't matter what your previous Pilates knowledge or experience you have.
Heat is a low impact, pelvic floor friendly, no-jump HIIT style workout that truly will kick start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session. You'll find no star jumps, burpees, planks or crunches but we will still sweat. A 30 minute class that keeps both feet firmly on the ground (if you need to) but still leaves you feeling like you've exercised effectively.
