Whatever your circumstances, I'm passionate about postnatal recovery and would love to support you with your pelvic floor and core rehab and get you back to doing the things you love. I am a fully qualified and experienced women's exercise and wellness coach, with advanced training in modern postnatal exercise, hands-on massage and scar therapy and general wellbeing.
