Every session I run has a focus on pelvic floor and core health. My classes include mixed ability Pilates, stretch and relaxation, and a HIIT style session. Advance booking is essential as spaces are limited in all classes. All exercises are easily modified to suit all levels and abilities. You can find a brief description of each of the classes I run below.
Classes run in half term blocks, roughly in line with the school terms. Each session is £7 pay as you go. You are welcome to join at any time, you do not need to wait for the start of a new block.
Unfortunately, refunds and transfers are not permitted once you have booked and paid for a class.
If you attend 4 or more classes a month you may like to consider joining the monthly membership group to make your money go further!
My 1-2-1 sessions are suitable for Pelvic Floor and Core rehab (including postnatal/c-section recovery) and are completely bespoke to focus on your individual needs.
A weekly small group class suitable for all levels and abilities. Combining traditional Pilates with modern concentrated pelvic floor and core exercises. Max. 8 participants.
Runs term time Tuesday evenings
A weekly class that will get your heart rate up and make you sweat. You will definitely feel the burn. It's pelvic floor friendly so suitable for all. Max. 8 participants.
Runs term time Saturday mornings
A monthly class suitable for all abilities. This class combines effective stretching, gentle mobilisations and breathing exercises to help you release tension both physically and mentally. Max. 8 participants.
Runs last Sunday of the month
Bespoke 1-2-1 sessions focusing specifically on your condition. A combination of Pilates, cardio, HIIT and pelvic floor and core exercise that is completely tailored to your needs. Suitable for: postnatal/c-section recovery, pelvic floor and core restoration, staying healthy during pregnancy, those new/returning to exercise or anyone looking to improve.
